1. Delivered customized workflows tailored to each client’s internal processes

We doubled down on what makes 4URSPACE different: adapting to how our clients actually work. From approvals and budgeting to vendor coordination and reporting, we delivered fully customized workflows that aligned with each client’s internal processes, reducing friction, increasing adoption, and making our platform feel like an extension of their team rather than another tool to manage.

2. Reinforced our role as a single source of truth for store planning & construction teams

We continued to strengthen our platform’s role as the single source of truth for Store Planning and Construction teams. By centralizing data, timelines, documents, and communication in one platform, we helped teams move faster, reduce errors, and stay aligned.

3. Introduced Ruby, our AI-powered project assistant

2025 marked a major milestone with the introduction of Ruby, our AI-powered project assistant. Ruby was built to support the realities of complex retail development, surfacing insights, answering questions, and helping teams stay on top of their work. And this is just the beginning. 

4. Expanded our customer success team to better support client growth

Our clients are at the center of everything we do, and this year we strengthened that commitment by welcoming Sara to the team as our newest Customer Success hire. Sara brings experience and a client-first mindset that’s already helping our partners get more value from 4URSPACE, faster. 

5. Welcomed new clients, including Kering Beauté and Läderach

We were proud to welcome new clients in 2025, including Kering Beauté and Läderach. Partnering with such respected brands reinforces our position in the global retail and luxury space.

6. Deepened relationships with global retail and luxury brands, managing hundreds of projects worldwide

We strengthened relationships with global retail and luxury brands, managing hundreds of projects across regions and time zones, supporting their growth, adapting to their evolving needs, and helping them bring stores to life more efficiently around the world.
